Why We Get
DGCA Approved Remote Pilot License
As per DGCA “UAS Rules,” the pilot must have a Remote Pilot License to fly Small-Class Drones or higher-class drones in India.

UAS Rules
Remote Pilot Certificate is Mandatory with Immediate effect for flying all drones except nano under the “UAS Rules”.

Penalty
A Penalty of Rs.25,000 shall be levied on a person flying without a remote pilot license under sub-rule (6) of rule 29 of the UAS Rules.
