Why We Get
DGCA Approved Remote Pilot Certificate
As per Drone Rules, the pilot must have a Remote Pilot Certificate to fly Drones in India.

UAS Rules
Remote Pilot Certificate is Mandatory with Immediate effect for flying all drones except nano under the “UAS Rules”.

A Penalty of Rs.25,000 shall be levied on a person flying without a remote pilot license under sub-rule (6) of rule 29 of the UAS Rules.
